Returns, Refunds And Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

All sales are final, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. The Ohio Academy of Audiology will not cover return shipping fees and will not refund original shipping fees.

1. Please email info@ohioacademyofaudiology.org to request a refund. We encourage you to send back your item using a source which will provide a tracking # as we cannot be held responsible for materials that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Include in your package a copy of the original receipt and your reason for return.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will be subject to a 10% restocking fee in this case and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within ten business days of receipt of order, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use USPS deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The shipping fee is $10 for anything we can ship in an envelope or small box. Orders that require larger boxes may incur higher shipping fees.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
